The term 'Milla', 'we', 'our' or 'us' refers to the owners of this website, Milla Trading Limited, whose registered office is 4, Parkhurst Cottage, Perrymans Lane, High Hurstwood, East Sussex, TN22 4AG, UK. Our Company Number is 09872104 and our VAT registration number is 196 3692 59. Milla London is a registered trade mark, number UK00003057323. We are registered in the United Kingdom.
The term 'you' refers to the user of the website.
When buying via the Milla website (www.millaonline.co.uk) you are agreeing to enter into a contract with Milla London and that purchases made by you are for your own private use and are not being bought for resale.
Orders & Payment
We make every effort to ensure the goods you order are available but in the event that we are unable to provide items we shall contact you and, if possible, offer you a new delivery date, an alternative garment or a refund. When placing an order, you agree that any and all information that you provide is accurate and complete. All the prices listed on our website are correct at the time of input, however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time.
Debit and Credit card orders are processed securely by an external payment services provider. Milla do not handle any payment card data for online purchases. Your card will be charged once you place your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order we will provide a full refund. If you wish to cancel an order already placed with us please call us on 01825 733044 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Orders will be sent by Royal Mail. Standard delivery is £4.75. These costs refer to the United Kingdom only. Standard delivery to Europe is £6.75 and Rest of World is £12.75.
Orders will be processed within 1 - 2 business days.

Overseas customers may be subject to local customs charges.
Milla hope that you will be very happy with your purchases but in the event of an issue we offer a no quibble exchange or refund as long as the product is returned to us in a saleable condition, in its original packaging, with all labels intact and within 14 days of receipt. Returns forms are enclosed with your order.
All returns should be sent to Unit 4, Parkhurst Cottage, Perrymans Lane, High Hurstwood, TN22 4AG. We shall process the refund within 2 working days and as a result of using an external payment services provider, it may take a maximum of 7 working days to see the money back in your account but this should be much sooner.
We regret that we are only able to reimburse postage on faulty items and are not able to offer free returns at the moment but we hope that, in the future, we will be able to offer promotions to cover this.
Milla adhere to the UK's Consumer Contracts Regulations legislation. Under the UK's Consumer Contracts Regulations your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and does not end until 14 days from the day you receive your goods. The right to return only applies to non-personalised goods, including specialised alterations and to goods returned in a saleable condition. Should the item you receive be faulty under the new Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days in which to return the item.
All cancellations should be made in writing either by post or email within 14 calendar days after receiving your goods.
We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
We have taken every measure to provide accurate product images for each product for sale on our site. Unfortunately, due to a number of different factors such as Internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product.
We make no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy and reliability of the website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website.
